Colonic Irrigation and Hydrotherapy

Colonic irrigation, also known as Colonic Hydrotherapy, is a treatment which exercises and tones the bowel, aiding the evacuation of waste (both during and after treatment) and reducing the toxic load on the body. Improved bowel function, clearer skin, increased mental clarity and fewer headaches are cited as benefits.

ARCH, The Association & Register of Colon Hydrotherapists (formerly the Colonic International Association), founded in 1987 by Dr. Milo Siewert as a professional association of qualified therapists graduating from his courses at the National College of Holistic Medicine, has been the lead body for colonic hydrotherapy since its inception and represents the largest number of practitioners in the UK. ARCH is a member of the General Naturopathic Council.
